ray t It's 11:00 pm wednesday Nov 5th., day after the election. I'm surprised there is no statement from Amanda after an overwhelming victory. You know, like we did it - thank you - something... hhhmmm........

As you wrote this at 11 p.m.

As you wrote this at 11 p.m. Wednesday, Ray, I was on my way home from OHSU, having stopped in to thank some of my supporters there in person, and share cake from the Victory Party. Great cake should not go to waste!

I spent most of Wednesday out meeting with people face-to-face (mostly hug to hug), heading to bed after 2 a.m. Thursday morning. But you're right, there's only so many hours in a day, and I can't meet all Portlanders immediately to thank you personally. Blog post coming shortly....

ray t 70 percent of the

ray t 70 percent of the vote! Congratulations to Amanda! Now I have confidence that our city council and new mayor can work together to run this city in a cost-effective manner with fairness toward all citizen groups and all areas of the city. Raymond A Taylor supporter
